This Year's Theme
Climate Change & Malnutrition
Climate change is not only an environmental crisis. It is a health and humanitarian crisis.
Droughts, floods and other extreme weather events are disrupting food production and livelihoods, contributing to rising levels of malnutrition. Climate-related shocks can also influence the spread of disease, intensify competition over scarce resources and contribute to displacement. For communities already facing conflict, disease outbreaks and limited access to healthcare, the consequences can be devastating.
Run for Humanity 2026 raises awareness of these challenges while mobilising resources for MSF’s emergency nutrition and humanitarian programmes.
Climate action is health action.
